Give me some feedback on my fanfic idea.

Set after the events of the first book in the Twilight series Bella Swan and Edward Cullen are finally together without any worry… or so they think. Since arriving back in Forks being nearly killed by a bloodthirsty Vampire, Bella has not been the same. ..
After a visit to a doctor with dramatically increased blood pressure and fever doesn’t open up any conclusions to her health problems, Edward takes Bella to Carlisle. After some tests are performed the shocking Truth about the origins behind Bella’s strange sickness are explained and no medicine known to man will cure it.
Will Edward and Bella’s relationship be strong enough? Or will it will it crumble under the pressure?
One thing is for sure someone will not make it out alive!

That sounds like a great plot -- suspenseful, dramatic, very Twilight-esque.
